To enable comments on a YouTube video, follow these steps :
- Sign in to your YouTube account and go to the YouTube Studio.
- In the left menu, click on the Videos tab.
- Find the video you want to enable comments on and click on it to open the video details page.
- Scroll down to the “Comments” section and click on the toggle switch next to “Allow comments” to turn it on.
- Click the “Save” button to save your changes.
Note : If you are the owner or manager of a channel, you can also enable or disable comments on all videos in the channel by going to the channel’s settings page and clicking on the “Comments” tab.
From there, you can choose to allow or disallow comments on all new and existing videos.
